Joice Reis and her team at Rosa dos Ventos are taking an active role in rural extension and education in southern Bahia, Brazil.

They have developed a truly inspiring project including rural education about agroforestry practices and medicinal plants for the holistic well-being of both the rural families and their natural resources.
Recently they held the I Workshop for Agroecological Rural Planning in Serra Grande, Bahia Brazil as part of their “Taking Care of Nature” project.
I am so impressed! I look forward to experiencing their work first-hand some time very soon!
