Speaking for Groups
BEST FOR: Interest groups that want to learn more about land stewardship and native plant ecology without the hands-on training.
When your group attends a speaking event, they will become inspired to cultivate native plants and further their land stewardship education!
Speaking topics are catered to your group's needs and interests. Sample topics include: No More Lawn: How to Make the Change, Inspiring Stories from Nature, Why Your Tree is Lonely, Life Cycles of Your Favorite Butterflies, and more.
Talks happen in-person and are typically 1-2 hours in length including time for Q + A. Meghan is available throughout the greater Ann Arbor area.
Community Hands-on Workshops
BEST FOR: Garden clubs or neighborhood organizations that want to do the hands-on work to steward a piece of land.
Prior to your group's workshop, we'll determine a location, day/time, and talk about your goals for the piece of land. Workshops generally run 2-3 hours in length during which participants will gain hands-on experience for the future.
Additional follow-up group training sessions may be scheduled if necessary.
After your workshop, your group will be well-trained in how to steward the land moving forward!
